The infinity pool does NOT have a security net so please take care with children around the edges of the pool (they should be supervised at all times).

** Booking for peak season 2022/23 (16 Dec 2022 to 24 Jan 2023) **
The changeover day for this property for the 2022/23 peak season is Wednesday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact The Holidays Collection and we will be happy to assist. Peak season bookings are often most easily made directly with us.
** Where will I be? **
Horizons is located in the heart of Hyams Beach with direct beach access and short stroll to the Hyams Beach Café.
** Why choose Horizons? **
Infinity pool, outdoor entertainment area complete with indoor/outdoor fireplace and BBQ, spacious kitchen and living area with 180 degree views of Jervis Bay.
** How is the property laid out? **
This large four bedroom, three bathroom designer home offers expansive kitchen and living areas, multiple outdoor living areas and verandahs, laundry room with washer and dryer, family or theatre room, and infinity pool overlooking Jervis Bay. The main living level has the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, balcony and pool deck; a slightly raised level has two bedrooms (1x king bed, and 2x king singles), a shared shower and toilet, the laundry and the rumpus room (which leads to the double lock up garage). The downstairs level of the house has the master king bedroom with en-suite bath, and the second bedroom offers 2x king singles with ensuite shower. Access to the beach and outside shower is also from this level.
** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it? **
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
** What about outdoors? **
Multiple outdoor entertainment areas, BBQ, covered fireplace with outdoor lounges, and infinity pool offering the best views in Hyams Beach.
** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **
In every bedroom, there are ceiling fans and ducted air-conditioners for your personal comfort, ready to cater to hot or cold weather. The living area also has the option of ducted air-conditioning along with a combustion fireplace.
Please note that the swimming pool is not heated.
** Lighting and Blind **** Specifics **
Horizons is equipped with state of the art, dimmable lighting throughout the house. Given its proximity to the beach and to various neighbours, please turn off or dim down the lights at night. In this way, you will get a lovely sense of the beach and ocean, with bright moons a real treat. Turning lights off will also help the native kangaroos and bandicoots who are mostly nocturnal. If you do want to keep lights on at night, closing the electric blinds to all rooms is the next best option - thank you.
** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **
Horizons does supply quality linen and bath and beach towels.
** Parking for cars, boats etc.? **
Twoc ar garage and space for two other cars inside the security gate. Please do not park on the lawn! Use the road instead.
** Is my cat or dog also welcome to stay? **
Horizons is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
** Wildlife ** Please note that due to the nature and location of this property, wildlife may be about including possums, kangaroos, spiders and snakes. We do whatever we can to keep the property safe and do work with a network of wildlife removal experts, however we cannot guarantee that you will not see any wildlife at the property. If you do, we will use our best endeavours to have the animal removed or to make the property safe, however no compensation whatsoever will be paid for any disturbance caused by wildlife. You must book the property knowing that this risk exists, even though very uncommon.
** What are the minimum stay rules? **
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
** Who will I be dealing with during my stay? **
This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral.
