On your left there is a table with seating for four and on from this is a fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances throughout, a Nespresso machine and microwave. The kitchen is finished beautifully with Elysian tapware, stone top bench tops, and a breakfast bar.
Opposite is the lounge area with a soft and comfy sofa, Hemingway rocking chair and a Smart TV. The entire living space is bright and airy with exquisite attention to detail. The dappled grey, stone floor blends with pale grey and warm white tones throughout – inviting an immediate sense of calm.
Towards the back of the apartment you will find the laundry concealed behind the VJ timber panelled doors on your right, and a little further to the left is the front door, and access to the carpark.
