Hyamptons is a luxurious 5 bedroom property located within a 2 minute walk to the white sands of Chinamans Beach in the village of Hyams Beach & a 1 minute walk to the White Sands walk that meanders along the coast line & Beaches from Hyams Beach to Huskisson.

This property has everything you could possibly need for a high end holiday at the beach. Built as the owners holiday house they have thought of everything to accommodate family & friends in comfort.

The ground level has a huge kitchen with modern appliances & a butlers pantry. A combined lounge & dining area with TV, stereo & Foxtel.
Also on this level is the master bedroom with a huge ensuite and sliding doors leading out the beautiful timber entertaining deck. The grounds have been beautifully landscaped and the timber decking leads to the plunge pool.
There 2 more double bedrooms on this level and a large bathroom.

Upstairs leads to another lounge/bar area, with foxtel. This area leads out to another deck with BBQ and the most amazing views over the bay.

There are 2 bedrooms and another bathroom on this level.

LINEN Quality linen is provided – sheets, pillowcases, quilts, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats & face cloths. Extra blankets are provided.

SUPPLIES All properties have the following supplies. Salt & Pepper, Olive Oil, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Pods
Dishwashing Liquid, Dishwashing Tablets, Sponges, Scourer, Multi Spray, Cling Wrap, Foil, Paper Towels & Paper Napkins. Guest soap.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY All properties have a key safe located at the front entrance

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS All properties are available for relaxing beach holidays. We do not allow for parties or functions in any way. All properties are surrounded by permanent residents.
