Upstairs offers three excellent bedrooms (two with ocean views) main bedroom with ensuite and large spa bath plus balcony and third bathroom

The back garden is well kept with lawn area and tropical gardens and a lovely place to lie back and relax or enjoy a swim in the lap wet edge swimming pool which is solar heated.

Facing due north you'll be snug in the winter sunshine yet cooled by the breeze in summer. Inside there's the warmth of timber flooring with ample windows and light comes streaming through.
