The Unit - This three-bedroom, two-storey townhouse has just been re-furbished to provide a chic contemporary feel. Positioned at the front of the complex of 4-townhouses next to the communal pool, this apartment is fully equipped to meet all your Noosa acccomm needs. Relax by the sunny pool, read a book in your private courtyard or head across the road to drop a line into the Noosa River or kayak to your heart's content. It is difficult to imagine a more perfect location to enjoy all the Noosa life-style has to offer.

MOBI VILLAS Unit 1 features two living areas offering LCD TVs, DVD with free internet access and air conditioning on the second level. The kitchen is fully equipped with Meile dishwasher and laundry facilities provide a front-loading washing machine and clothes dryer.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with balcony access while the second has 2 x single beds that can be made into a queen and the other room also have 2 x two singles. The private courtyard features a BBQ grill and seating to soak up those warm Noosa nights and there’s a single lock up garage with direct access to the townhouse.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm.
