The Unit- This amazing 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom multi-level apartment provides total privacy. Entering the unit, you are greeted to an open living area consisting of a dining area, lounge area with ceiling fan, smart TV and DVD player, Panasonic sound system with dock plus free internet access. The kitchen is fully renovated with all new appliances including a Samsung Microwave, Miele Dishwasher, Miele electric cook-top and Miele under bench electric oven. And don't forget to bring along your favourite Pods for De'Longhi coffee machine is waiting.
On the upper level are the 4 bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds in room one and two while the third room has a single bed and the other has 2 single beds. With air conditioning and two ensuites in the master and second bedroom, great sundeck area top floor living area, your own pool and barbecue facilities set amidst palms and ferns, the property will stun and amaze. Offering in addition, the full laundry facility has a Miele front loading washing machine and Miele electric dryer. An off-street parking spot in a designated carport is available to use.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm.
