It is a spacious modern fully contained one bedroom apartment with separate sleeping, ensuite, kitchen, living and balcony areas.

There is a refreshing pool to dip into on hot days.

The Apartment complex is secure with an electric gate and one designated parking bay.

The apartment has split system air-conditioning.

Linen and crockery etc are provided and other items are detailed below.

It is a NON-SMOKING apartment.
