Home situated in quiet cul-de-sac VERY close (walking distance) to all the great things Noosa has to offer!!!
WE WELCOME: Couples, families, and all happy holiday makers. (No events and no partying.) Unfortunately we do not allow children under the age of 6 due to large open pond.
NOOSA HEADS HOME: We live on the left side of the home, you live on the right side of the home. Modern home looking out onto stunning pool from living areas.
GUEST SIDE OF THE HOUSE has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, with separate powder room (hand basin and separate toilet).Bedroom 1 has direct access to this bathroom.
You also have your own kitchen, dining and lounge room. You have full kitchen facilities including large fridge/freezer, oven, cook top, microwave, outdoor BBQ and loads more!
The home features a lovely entertaining area and pool off your dining, lounge and kitchen, with large television in lounge room.
BEDROOMS: Guest Bedroom 1 has one Queen size bed, Guest Bedroom 2 has one Queen size bed, Guest Bedroom 3 has 1 x King Single Bed (plus ability to add another king single mattress on the floor in family room).
SHARED POOL AND OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AREA.
Laundry facilities available for use on request, at no extra charge.
Parking on driveway in extremely quiet and safe cul-de-sac.
Home is fully furnished with new furniture and good appliances. Crockery, cutlery, linen etc all provided. EVERYTHING is here, just ARRIVE for your Noosa holiday experience!!

PETS: by negotiation only (and at owner's discretion) $25 per night - (additional pet cleaning charge applies $75 per visit).
NOTE:: Cots, high chairs and other baby gear are not available. (Home not suitable/available to children under the age of 6 years.)
Stunning, relaxing living in your side of the home, with your private entry. Home located in quiet cul-de-sac. 5 minutes drive to Noosa Main Beach or dog beach. Easy 7 minute walk to Restaurants at Noosa Junction. 9 minutes walk to back entry of Noosa National Park (koala viewing), 7 minutes walk from main bus terminal. Restaurants and Shopping at Hasting Street, Noosa Junction and Noosa River (Gympie Terrace).
Noosa Beach and Sunrise Beach are an easy drive/ enjoyable walk from our home.
Easy access to Eumundi, Australia Zoo, Montville, Maleny and Mapleton - they are just a drive away. Fraser Island tours leave from Noosa. Cycleways galore, with bicycle hire nearby. Easy transit from airport to front door through Connexions Airport Shuttle Buses amongst others.
