About this property

Our penthouse is on Hastings Street Noosa Heads on the riverside of the street. It is at the western end of Hastings Street so very close to the quiet and extensive Noosa Woods parklands.

It has two bedrooms comprising a normal one bed unit and a studio which has its own entrance, bathroom, kitchen facilities and lounge area. So essentially there is one front door for the two bedroom unit and from the foyer goes into two separate areas with the one bed unit having a larger lounge/dining area for everyone to use.

The unit is on the western end of the block and is bathed in sunshine all day long with great sunsets.

Our unit is unique in that we offer:

A very well furnished upmarket unit with 2 Kings & a sofa bed.

The unit accommodation is offered for a maximum of 5 adults or alternatively 4 adults and up to 2 children (under 10 years of age).

Two bathrooms with a very spacious feel as they have windows into the bedrooms (each window has a blind for privacy if so desired)

3 Samsung TVs with Foxtel on 2 of the TVs (all channels including Sports), Netflix, YouTube and on demand TV. Each TV has an associated lounge for your viewing comfort and lots of private space and time if you wish it

Unlimited free broadband wifi internet

Two refrigerators each with a freezer

A washing machine and dryer in the unit

Undercover parking (limited and unallocated) – alternate parking available in Noosa Woods next door.
