THE SPACE
On opening the entry gate you are greeted with bespoke decking and garden, split levelled around pool and spa. French doors open to this masterfully built home with sunken alfresco bar, three separate living spaces flowing through to cosmopolitan kitchen and outdoor courtyards. With several relaxing, dining and entertaining zones and Sonos Surround Sound throughout….. it's easy to feel relaxed here. Perch yourself inside or pull up your stool on the top deck while you take advantage of one of two barbecues provided. Views from the deck of Noosa River through to the conical mystery of Mount Cooroy.
Sleeping up to 8 guests, four bedrooms are spread throughout the Villa - three upstairs and another on the lower level, offering privacy for groups and families. A striking curved staircase leads you upstairs to the chocolate wooden floors of the upper storey. You will find guest bedroom 1(king or two long singles), lovely leafy balcony, powder room and foyer. Two fully en-suited bedrooms, including master, sit atop the villa - the Master offering walk in robes, magical bathroom with free-standing bath and huge terrace with majestic views.
All rooms are fully airconditioned and include bespoke wooden fans.
Downstairs the house provides a comfortable guest bedroom with double bed, large guest bathroom and fully equipped laundry. A secured and convenient automatic double garage is at ground level with direct, internal access into Villa Aimeo. Further parking options are available on premise driveway for larger groups.
