Set high on Noosa Hill, this house offers a huge balcony with views, a perfect place to start and end the day. Hit the beach, dine or shop on Hastings, relax poolside and enjoy incredible sunsets. The possibilities are endless with Noosa on your doorstep.
The space This amazing house is situated over two floors. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has an oversized en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath and separate toilet. There is a walk-in wardrobe with ample space for storage. The other two bedrooms have built in wardrobes with a second bathroom with shower. The open plan living space and kitchen leads to the large balcony with a changing vista in the distance.
Downstairs - another bedroom, bathroom with shower, media room, games/reading room and laundry. The pool is located off the entrance hall. It is solar heated and north facing. Lock up garage available. Air conditioning / heat pumps available in all bedrooms and ceiling fans in all living spaces.
Guest access Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach are a 600m walk via the direct path through the rainforest to Hastings St. Noosa Junction is a short 500m walk away. The Junction has restaurants with food from all over the world, cafes, upmarket cocktail bars, wine bars and pubs. The vibe and energy of the Junction is worth exploring. Noosa Junction Plaza has a fabulous IGA and Noosa Fair Shopping Centre has a large Coles. Multiple access points to the stunning Noosa National Park. The Noosa Farmers Market (Sundays) is a short drive away and offers plenty of fresh local produce and food stalls. Both Noosa Junction and Hastings Street offer parking, however, a car would be optional in this prime location.
