Step out from the bedroom onto a lovely terrace with outdoor table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a romantic meal or evening drink together.

The sleek bathroom with cooling Italian ceramic tiles has double vanities and a large walk-in double shower with rain shower option and marble wall. Sliding doors to the bedroom can be closed but the apartment is private with no overlooking properties.

There is ducted air-conditioning and block-out curtains throughout. An integrated laundry in the entrance area contains a washer and drier, iron and ironing board and a small laundry sink.

Due to its location in the complex the apartment is very quiet while still offering quick and easy access to bustling Hastings St and popular Main Beach.

The complex offers a number of shared facilities including a lovely pool area, electric BBQs, a 24-hour gym, and on-site coffee and wine bar. There is lift access from the secure car park to the apartment on the 3rd floor. The allocated car park is next to the lift bank.
