Bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, master bedroom with adjoining ensuite and walkin robe, a balcony from the bedroom overlooks the courtyard garden.
The open plan Kitchen, Lounge and Dining areas are located downstairs. Lounge opening to alfresco dining terrace with tropical garden and sun chairs. The fully equipped kitchen with multiple appliances and utensils adjoins the laundry and powder room.
The front courtyard gate opens to quiet shared unheated pool.
The main signed driveway of resort complex leads you to rear of the Villa, carport no 6 is reserved for guest car parking. Additional all day free car parking can be found along Noosa Parade outside Sound Villa No 6. (Noosa Parade carparking subject to availability)
A few steps from resort carpark leads you to gated access of Sound Villa No 6.
Entering from the rear of Villa, walks you thru a small private lawned courtyard to back door entrance of Villa via the Kitchen. Sound Villa No 6 is fully fenced and secure.

Noosa Sound shopping precinct offers sophisticated dining from Ricky's and Wasabi. Rocksalt... (you have to try the twice cooked duck and/or the bug tail ravioli, Wood Fire Grill (shared lamb shoulder) are also favorites with locals and visitors. If you already have a personal favorite restaurant, don't forget to book in advance. You'll also find a mini mart, bottle shop and our personal favorite fish'n'chip shop Mr Fish (grilled snapper-yum)

Our glorious Noosa River is 15 minute flat short walk, where you'll be greeted by locals walking their dogs and clutching their morning latte's. The Noosa River can be enjoyed by booking boat trips, boat tours up the Noosa River to Harry's hut and beyond - look out for the new Habitat Noosa everglades eco restaurant and their own eco beer. Hire a jet ski or fast boat ride out over the Noosa River mouth and through to Laguna Bay. Or simply dropping towel under a tree and daze out to the Noosa River and watch the world float by.
Speaking of beer, Noosa has many new beer brewing businesses in town, Heads of Noosa, Land and Sea .. just to name a couple.. they offer meals and beer tasting and live music on occasions.
