The space

As you enter through the private lush garden you will feel yourself being transported to another place. Step inside to find two separate living areas each with comfortable lounge seating and smart TV’s. Be impressed with the expansive, fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for your holiday and a modern dining area with seating for 8 guests – a perfect entertainers delight.

Large glass doors slide back to encompass the trendy outdoor dining space, equipped with a built-in BBQ, outdoor lounge and dining area, that leads out to the pontoon and private lap pool.

On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a Queen bed, TV and ensuite consisting of a shower, toilet and vanity. There is a separate powder room on this floor and a fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer, which leads out to a clothesline area.

Ascend the timber stairs to the light filled top floor where you will find a further 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting area and study. The first bedroom consists of two king singles, which can be joined to make a King bed on request, a built-in robe and TV. Walk down the hall to the second bedroom which holds a Queen bed, built in robe and TV. The adjacent bathroom provides a spacious walk in shower, luxurious free-standing bath and double vanity. Beside the bathroom is a separate toilet.

The impressively large Master suite has a King bed, luxury walk in robe and small desk area with mini fridge and safe. The spacious ensuite includes a rain shower, free standing bath, double vanity and separate toilet. Enjoy a movie in bed on the large smart TV or walk out to the generous private deck and relax with an afternoon drink looking over the water.

Spend your days outside soaking up the sun on the daybed or relax in the secluded, solar heated pool with access to a private bathroom and outdoor shower.

Location

28 Mossman is a 10 minute easy flat walk to Hastings Street and Main Beach – or hop on the bus that passes by on Noosa Parade nearby. A 10-minute walk in the other direction will take you to Quamby Place, where you’ll find award-winning restaurants such as Wasabi, Rickys, Woodfire Grill and Rocksalt.

Of course, with your own private beach, pool and pontoon you might not want to venture further than the front door during your stay here! But if you do this property is very well placed to get you to all of Noosa’s main attractions with ease.

Please note: This pool is solar heated, solar pool heating is only as effective as the amount of direct sunlight that is shining on the solar collectors. Solar pool heating doesn't work at night and is severely limited by cloud cover or shade.
