The main bedroom has one queen-size bed and 2 singles in the second room that can be joined together to create a King but this MUST be requested upon booking and prior to arrival or charges may apply.
A furnished covered balcony with table and chairs overlooking the river and waterfront, and another intimate balcony off main bedroom (street facing), top floor giving you the best views, security screens on all windows and direct river access from the complex, this unit is a delight. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment, there is no lift.
The unit is fully airconditioned with 2 inverter systems plus ceiling fans. Please note that this property is located on a main road. This property is scheduled to receive a FULL RENOVATION (including flooring, bathrooms and more!) IN MID 2022, please note this is why the tariff increases for the end of the year.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm.
