About this property

The Summer House Noosa is a delightful family beach house (sleeps 7) with great character. It guarantees private relaxation set high on the hill bordering the Noosa National park and with back access to the park just 3 houses down.

We are located atop the hill from Hastings Street, 12 minutes walk (1km) down however double that to get up! I am 51 my kids do this much more quickly. The walk is enjoyable and shady straight through Peppers Resort. It is an easy 10 minutes down to the Junction's restaurants and shops.

The home is an oasis of calm set in lush, tropical gardens complete with a 12m heated solar heated saltwater pool with a waterfall feature.

The open plan living with bifold withdrawing to the alfresco area celebrates the outdoor lifestyle so typical of Queensland.

The house sleeps 7 people with lots of space 3 bedrooms (X2 queen X1 twin) and 2 bathrooms in the main house and an additional separate bunkhouse (x4 beds) with its own entrance bathroom and kitchenette. (ideal for teenagers!)

Flaunting a Hamptons type finish with exposed beams and white washed furniture the house is well-appointed with fast internet, streaming and a few desks ready for workers.

Wake up to the kookaburras and enjoy all that is wonderful about Noosa with easy access to all amenities but secluded in your own private haven.

The Summer House Noosa is equipped beyond Summer with a fireplace for winter, a heated pool and fans and aircon in all bedrooms and living areas.
